We hope you guys will have a better solution because we're very disappointed with the integration after spending over 1k on the API to connect JotForm and Salesforce. First/Last Name field is not custom and is already in Salesforce so we're confused as to why it only gives us an option of Full Name. I've also attached a print screen of the mapping page to show you that within Salesforce, the names are divided by First/Last Name but only the option of Full Name is available. Usually, if the integration is connected, but no submissions are sent to Salesforce upon connection, the field types in Jotform and Salesforce might be conflicting, causing the issue. ![]()
